What can I say, Sean, Anne and Tim are three of the most
amazing people I've had the pleasure of meeting in a very
long time. The team they have are hard working and so
brilliant they really make your day flawless.
As soon as we viewed The Ropery and met them, we knew it
was our venue. They understood our personal circumstances
and made every effort to make our day as special as
possible.
From start to finish Sean went above and beyond and every
guest commented on how amazing the venue is, from the
aesthetics to the amazing food – the gravy... oh my god
the gravy!
Nothing was a bother and he felt like part of the family
from the moment everyone arrived. There aren't enough
words to say how grateful we are.
We had our wedding here and just wow. The perfect balance of impressive elegance and an intimate, homely experience. The food was incredible and the whole day was faultless. Everyone asked if we would renew our vows in a year just to do it all again. You'll never know how special you made our day.
We had our wedding here on Saturday 17th July. It was amazing. The venue is beautiful and everyone had a fantastic time. The food was lovely and Sean and the team were fantastic. Everything was set out exactly how we wanted it.

The whole event from start to finish was absolutely beautiful and well organised. Nothing was a bother and every member of staff was so attentive and went out of their way to make sure we all had the best time. We will definitely be recommending Webster's Ropery.
We got married here on the 18th of August and Tim and Shaun
literally could not have been more accommodating to our
massive wedding party.
From start to finish everything was tailored to our needs
and the whole team genuinely never stopped all night.
All of our guests commented on how amazing their food was.
It wasn't until afterwards that we started hearing stories
about how the team went above and beyond to make our guests
comfortable, including helping those who struggled with
the stairs and giving extra attention to a guest who
struggles with large crowds.
I would genuinely recommend the venue to anyone and would
like to thank all the staff involved for creating the
relaxed, fun day we wanted.
Our day was perfect. My wife and I had already had some very negative experiences trying to book a same-sex wedding, but as soon as we viewed Webster's Ropery we were made to feel 100% comfortable. We've had endless comments from guests that it was the best wedding they have ever been to.
Sean and his team really bent over backwards to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams. He catered to our every request, no matter how big or small, and coordinated the day to perfection. The team are fantastic!

What an amazing experience from booking to the actual big day. Nothing was too hard for Sean and his amazing team. They bent over backwards to make sure we had an amazing day. The food was out of this world!
We got married here on the 12th May and what a day it was!
Sean was amazing from the moment we made the first enquiry
and did not disappoint on the day.
His team were well drilled and no matter what we asked it
was delivered. The room was beautiful and the food was
delicious. I've had calls since the wedding from guests
saying they've never tasted food as nice as that.
Sean and Tim dealt with all the stress so that me and my
new husband could enjoy the day. This venue was perfect
for us.
We got married here on 17th March 2018. Originally when we
viewed The Ropery it was as a potential venue for our
baby's christening, but as soon as we saw the fabulous
setting we just knew it would make the perfect wedding
venue.
Right from our initial meeting with Sean we felt 100%
comfortable. The service throughout the planning was
fantastic and nothing was too much trouble.
There isn't a single thing I would change about our day.
The food was delicious, the venue was beautifully
decorated, the DJ was fab and the dance floor was full
from start to finish.
Everyone who attended complimented The Ropery. Thank you
again to Sean and the rest of the team – you made our day
perfect and we will cherish our memories forever!
From the initial enquiry right through to the day itself, the communication and support from Sean and the team was second to none. The location is amazing, the interior quirky, the staff extremely efficient and friendly and the food exceptional. All of our guests loved The Ropery as much as we did.
